User Data Deletion

At actify.fit, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove the following data:
- Your account information (email address, name, authentication data)
- Profile and onboarding data (age, gender, body metrics, goals, preferences)
- All workout logs and exercise history
- All nutrition logs (meals, calories, macros)
- Water intake records
- Body weight history
- Daily scores, streaks, XP, and level data
- Achievements and progress data
- AI-generated workout and diet plans
- Any connected health platform data stored on our servers
How to Request Deletion
You can delete your account through any of the following methods:
Option 1: In the App
- Open the actify.fit app
- Go to Profile > Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@actify.fit with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account
Option 3: Support Form
Visit our Support page and submit a data deletion request.
Processing Timeline
- In-app deletion: Your account will be deactivated immediately and all data permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Email/support requests: We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What Happens After Deletion
- You will be signed out of all devices immediately
- Your data cannot be recovered after deletion is complete
- If you had an active Premium subscription, you will need to cancel it separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to stop future charges
- You may create a new account at any time, but your previous data will not be restored
Data We May Retain
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data after account deletion as required by law:
- Transaction records: Payment and subscription records may be retained for tax and accounting purposes for the period required by applicable law.
- Legal obligations: Data may be retained if required by a legal hold, court order, or regulatory obligation.
- Anonymized data: We may retain fully anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you, for analytics and service improvement.
Third-Party Data
Deleting your actify.fit account does not delete data stored by third-party services:
- Apple Health: Data synced to Apple Health is controlled by Apple. Manage it through your device's Health app settings.
- App Store / Play Store: Subscription and purchase records are managed by Apple and Google respectively.
